You deserve a welcoming space where you feel heard, understood and valued.

I am here to offer safe and supportive therapy for individuals and groups to explore their challenges and build lives grounded in self-compassion and understanding.

There are times in all of our lives when a little extra support can make a world of difference. Whether you're facing the pain of a loss or breakup, trying to untangle patterns of anxiety or isolation, or simply craving a safe space to be heard and understood, you deserve a companion on this journey.

I believe therapy is built on a supportive, trusting relationship, and I’m here to walk alongside you with kindness and care, offering guidance in a way that truly fits your needs.

Psychotherapy and coaching gives you a space entirely for you - to reflect on yourself, achieve personal goals, and to receive personalised and caring support. I offer sessions online and in-person.

We spend our lives in groups - whether our families, our colleagues, or our friends. Groups can be our places of greatest challenge and of our greatest healing, and group therapy offers us an opportunity to safely explore how we relate to ourselves and others.

I am passionate about helping organisations to better understand and support emotional health, especially for employees who experience marginalisation. I specialise in education around gender, sexuality and neurodiversity.

“What if you had someone championing you?”

Therapy is not just a profession for me—it’s about creating a deeply human connection. I believe in the power of being truly seen and valued, and how transformative it can be to experience a relationship built on trust, respect, and care.

Therapy offers a unique space to explore how you relate to yourself and others, gently challenging old patterns while nurturing growth and healing.

At its heart, I see therapy as an opportunity to experience what a healthy, supportive relationship feels like, so you can carry that sense of connection and value into every aspect of your life.

My work is rooted in inclusivity, respect, and empowerment.

As a gay man, I’m passionate about creating a safe, affirming space where you feel seen and valued. I have a particular interest in supporting LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent clients, especially those navigating the intersection of these identities.

My practice is anti-oppressive and sex positive.

Outside of therapy, I find joy in music and singing, am a fan of RuPaul’s Drag Race, and love time in nature as a novice gardener!
