Working Together …………
1:1 Psychotherapy and Coaching
“At its best, psychotherapy offers us a model of healthy relationships, so we can take that model back out into our lives.”
In our one-to-one sessions, you'll have a safe, supportive space to explore your thoughts and emotions. Therapy is about building a trusting, compassionate relationship where you feel heard and valued. I draw from a range of approaches to tailor our work together:
Person-Centred Therapy: A non-judgmental space where you’re fully heard and valued.
Psychodynamic Approaches: Understanding how past experiences shape your present.
Gestalt Therapy: Focusing on the here and now to deepen self-awareness.
Body Psychotherapy: Recognising the connection between mind and body.
Trauma-Informed Approaches: Prioritising safety, trust, and empowerment in healing.
-
I offer both psychotherapy and coaching, and you can choose the path that best suits your needs. Psychotherapy focuses on exploring deeper emotional patterns and past experiences to support long-term healing and growth. Coaching, on the other hand, is more focused on setting and achieving specific goals, helping you move forward with clarity and confidence. Whether you're seeking emotional healing or working towards tangible outcomes, both options are here to support you in the way that feels right for you.
-
I currently charge a sliding scale for 1:1 psychotherapy sessions, from £55 - £65 for 50 minutes, based on what is manageable and meaningful for you.
I have different rates for coaching sessions depending on your goals and the frequency of support you are looking for. Please get in touch to find out more.

I have a private counselling room in central Bristol. I also work with clients online. If you have a specific access requirement for 1:1 sessions then please let me know
Group Therapy
“Connection is at the heart of being human. We become ourselves through our connection to others.”
At its heart, group therapy is about connection and the power of community. It offers a unique space to deepen your understanding of how you relate to others and yourself.
As a facilitator, I bring warmth, curiosity, and a commitment to creating a community where everyone feels safe, valued, and respected. Together, we offer support, compassion, and understanding.
Groups are not only about support but also about growth through challenge—gently exploring patterns and building stronger relationships. Rooted in principles of social justice, these spaces are inclusive, affirming, and respectful of every identity, fostering genuine connection and collective growth.
-
Group therapy differs from one-to-one therapy by focusing on the dynamics of relationships and shared experiences within a community. It provides opportunities to explore how you interact with others in real-time, gaining insights into patterns that might not surface in individual therapy. This can be more challenging, as it involves being vulnerable with multiple people, but it also offers unique rewards: learning from others' perspectives, practicing new relational skills, and building a sense of belonging.

I currently co-facilitate a weekly queer men’s therapy group. For more information on this, please CLICK HERE.
I also run the Empowered Parenting Circle, a year-long personal development and coaching group for parents of neurodivergent children. For more information on this, please CLICK HERE.
-
I charge different rates depending on the type of group I run (e.g. regularity of meeting, whether in-person or online). Generally, though, people are able to access my groups for a lower rate than 1:1 therapy.
Training and Consultancy
"We all deserve emotionally healthy workplaces—where connection and inclusion empower everyone to thrive."
I offer engaging, interactive, and playful training sessions for businesses and organisations, focusing on emotional well-being and creating inclusive environments.
As employers increasingly recognise the importance of resilience and mental health for their staff, I provide practical tools to support marginalised groups, particularly those related to gender and sexuality and neurodiversity.
My sessions empower teams to foster inclusive practices and improve emotional resilience, ensuring everyone feels respected and valued.
With experience teaching and presenting across the USA, India, Australia, and Europe, I bring a global perspective to my work, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs.

We all crave being seen and respected, yet we rarely feel that way at work! Investing in emotional well-being fosters a healthier work environment, improves communication, and boosts resilience. By focusing on inclusivity and support, you help your team feel valued, which leads to increased productivity and satisfaction.
Social justice is woven into everything I do. I ensure that all training promotes inclusivity, respects diverse identities, and creates a space where everyone can thrive. My goal is to foster workplaces that are not only productive but also compassionate and affirming.
-
Absolutely! I customise each session based on your team's unique challenges and goals, ensuring the content is relevant and impactful. Whether you’re focusing on neurodiversity, gender inclusion, or team-building, the training will align with your priorities.
